A paid session fee and signed agreement are required to secure your session. Your session is not reserved until these are complete. Upon booking, I will add your due date to my calendar. 

There is a sweet spot in maternity photography that we want to coordinate.  It exists when your belly is nice and round but you are not too uncomfortable. Early scheduling is highly encouraged so we can time it to perfection!

Maternity sessions take place weekday evenings for outdoor photos (weather permitting) or weekdays with flexible hours for studio photos.

2. Schedule it

I have a small collection of dresses that are available for any expecting mother to use.  Please let me know if you are interested in seeing my maternity wardrobe or I would love to help style you and design a look with your own outfit that will make you look fabulous and feel beautiful!

Please include in your inquiry if you plan on including any significant others ( ie. father, children, parents etc.) and I can plan the session accordingly.

Make sure you include your due date so that weather can be factored in to your decision of taking studio or outdoor photos. 

3. Planning it

A maternity shoot can be expected to last 45 minutes to an hour and include two outfit changes.  I will guide you through a variety of poses that will include photos of only you, detail shots of your baby belly, and a variety of family photos if they are going to be included! 

I am also very pet friendly if you want to include your fur baby and include them on the excitement of having a baby in the house!

4. Your Session

Within one week of your photoshoot you will receive a proofing gallery. Once you know how many photos you want, you will purchase the digital package for those photos. The final edited images will be ready within 3 weeks after you have made your purchase. I try my best to get final photos back to my clients in a very timely manner!
